How Do You Become A Vehicle Repossession Man?

I’ve read around a few places that becoming a Repo Man can be quite lucrative and rewarding. I’m only 17 so I have plenty of time to learn the trade. I have boosted a few cars before so I know how to break into one. I was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice on the practice of ‘legally’ stealing cars?
So in regards to contacting an agency, they are probably just like Tow Truck companies and stuff right? Yeah they probably do background checks. I should be careful if I have an interview or anything.

contact several agencies that perform this service and ask the managers what they look for in an employee. What better source could there be ?
DO NOT brag about having stolen cars–that will turn them off, because what they do is legal, but sensitive. They may require a police background check on you so be prepared for that.
